You gotta be kidding me. With all the people out there bragging about or even pretending to be Christians, this one amazes me. Every President in the modern era and most politicians in general included their "christian faith" a part of their campaign in order to get more votes.

Do you folks really think that we live in a society that generally discriminates against Christians and gives favoritism to non-Christians? I'm not talking about isolated situations, because you can find examples of that for every single group in this country, real or imagined. I'm talking about a general and systematic discrimination against Christians.

You can't make this B.S. up.

Man you’re an eye opener.  I’ve never seen politicians pander for votes.   Ever see someone pretend to be American Indian when they are a white af politician.  Me neither.  How about a chick from India pretending to be black.  Me either.   How about someone like Biden pretending to be Greek Jewish or Puerto Rican.

Thanks for educating me on what some lying politicians may do for votes.

term limits anyone ?   Nah.

You seriously don't recall politicians talking about their faith and the Bible when campaigning? I sure as heck do.

Do you remember Elizabeth Warren pretending to be Indian for votes?   Or Kamala pretending to be black?

You were gaslighting though by comparing it to isolated examples. The pt is that if they are systematically lying or exaggerating about it nationwide to get the majority of votes, then there's actually a pro christian bias in this country.

You haven’t pointed out any examples…. Like Lebowski said.   Well that’s just, like, your opinion, man.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

Wrong.

I don't look at these much but I saw that sentence. That's false. They were largely Christian, of course, but they left England to get away from having to believe in any particular religious belief. They were what was termed Deists at the time and wrote the founding documents in that fashion. They used the terms Creator and Nature's God.

There is a difference between the fathers establishing the foundations of our government influenced by their pro-Christian beliefs, and being smart enough to include that said government cannot discriminate or penalize it citizens based on religion.

Show me any reference to Christianity in constitution.

How is my statement wrong?

It's not. It's the much smaller religions that get discriminated against though. Christianity actually makes people MORE popular, in general.

List the people that wrote it and voted on it and their views. You’ll find a number of Christian’s

All the more interesting that they left out ANY reference to Jesus.

Still doesn’t deny the fact that people that founded the nation, created and voted on the constitution were heavily influenced by Christianity

They left England for many reasons other than having to believe in any particular religious belief

Wrong.

Thank for pointing this out and agreeing that a task force against anti Christian bias is a good thing.
