This is genuinely moronic. Trump Tweeted out about "crashes" 20 some times in the last 12 months. 

And he did it when things happened that were absolutely no fault of the Biden Admin. The Aug 5th Yen Carry trade and things like that. 

 

They didn't "stir up a panic," that "never came." He had the worst performance in the SPX ever. We entered crash level in every index and for no good reason. 

 

To pretend HE'S owed an apology for NOT continuing to do all the dumb things he was doing, but...it was dumb.
