No...that's just not true. It's simply more difficult and they had them on charges that were SO much easier to prove because...they took video of themselves.

The real problem was the Democrats dragging their feet and then picking Jack Smith...who was about as respected as they come(until investigating the guy that most Republicans in the weeks ensuing J6 said should happen) and then he had to deal with an incompetent Judge who...basically used the Nixon, "if the President does it, it's not illegal" argument, and then before it could be appealed, the election was here and... not much you could do.

The "find me 11,862 votes," was...about as blatant as it gets.

I'm still amazed though. Jross tried to paint the left as extremists and then he has...just continually verified it's actually the right who justifies what Trump did.

Actually, let me be more clear. He "understands" why Trump acted the way he did if he really believed...what we NOW KNOW he didn't really believe, but he "understands" why he'd commit the crimes he committed.

This is also like asking why if someone lied weren't they charged with perjury. Well, you need to PROVE they KNOWINGLY lied. There is just a high legal burden to doing so.

Your comprehension is improving but  inadequate.

He knew he “lost” AND believes it was rigged.  He knew he lost when he admitted and conceded in 2021.  This isn’t new information.  The election was confirmed rigged in the ways laid out before.  You can argue semantics… legal fortification or whatever…  one sided stacked deck…

Wide spread fraud has not been proven… yet.  Georgia is a problem.  The double counted 3k votes is real… the refusal to allow the inspection is real…

When so much has come out about what was denied was true… we are to believe georgia’s hands are clean.

Willful ignorance.

If I keep repeating the message, will you eventually comprehend or shall you continue spinning?

I would like to know if the poll is real.  One person has said no.  RV says he understands, but has not said if he agrees…

Never heard of NCRI so probably a bunch of b.s. There's so many right wing garbage on the internet and other media nowadays that nobody even has time to sift through all that crap. No, I'm not reading the article itself. I saw "NCRI" and I'll stop there. Not worth my time.

Hey, bud, I wasn't replying to you, was I?

I'm kinda done with you after you started rationalizing criminal activity because you "Understand" the feelings behind it.

You've thrown so much nonsense against the wall, as has Trump, and speaking about comprehension, you STILL can't wrap your head around why a county wouldn't want to start the precedent of releasing 174K ballots to a 3rd party like you REALLY don't understand how this whole voting thing is private. And then with mail in voting, you've got all of someone's personal information on those ballots. 'but uh....why wouldn't they just release the ballots,' he keeps saying, mouth agape like a fool.

And no, Trump did NOT believe it was rigged, he knew he lost, he knew it was legitimate and he didn't care. Read the court cases.

It's AMAZING. You started out trying to ask the question(Which I realize now was your typical intellectual dishonesty and...it's pretty easily exposed that you're a pesudo intellectual unless you're just regurgitating ChatGTP) -to ascertain the accuracy of a study. Surely the left wasn't this extreme...and all you've done is prove the right really is. YOU really are.

You do keep repeating nonsense and then just a cursory glance into it and it's always debunked. And then you repeat it again and expect me to buy it because you've said so as though you are anything of an authority.

If you keep repeating it, you shall sound like an absolute fool there bud.

The important thing is you UNDERSTAND why Trump tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power. Because...you know what Trump BELIEVED...so that makes it alright. A clown emoji isn't enough for that.

And the person who posted it has shown that EVERY absurd thing,

-Civil War

-Election denialism

-Jan 6th not that bad

All  the crazy nonsense I assumed he was talking about when he said he'd seen polls that paint the right in a "bad light" were absolutely applicable to him!

jross like appealing to the authority that is ChatGTP?

-Is there any evidence that the 2020 election was rigged;

There is no credible evidence that the 2020 U.S. presidential election was rigged. Multiple independent investigations, court rulings, and official statements have consistently affirmed the integrity of the election.

Key Findings:

  • Election Security: The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) declared the 2020 election "the most secure in American history," stating there was no evidence that any voting system was compromised .Wikipedia+1Wikipedia+1

  • Judicial Review: Over 60 lawsuits filed by former President Donald Trump and his allies challenging the election results were dismissed by courts due to lack of evidence .Wikipedia+2WRAL.com+2PolitiFact+2

  • Department of Justice: Then-Attorney General William Barr reported that the DOJ found no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could have changed the election outcome .Wikipedia

  • State Officials: Election officials from both parties across all 50 states confirmed the legitimacy of the election results .Wikipedia

  • Disinformation Consequences: Media outlets that propagated false claims about election fraud faced legal repercussions. For instance, Newsmax was found to have defamed Dominion Voting Systems by falsely alleging the company rigged the election .Reuters

In summary, comprehensive reviews and legal proceedings have upheld the conclusion that the 2020 election was conducted fairly and without significant fraud.

Thank you.  I think the poll is bs.  It is not a right wing company though…

What is your stance in the question?  Is there justification to killing and property damage?

It is a tool to learn but not an authority of truth.  It is only as good as the information it accesses, which is often misleading.  That would be like saying wikipedia is an authority of truth… nope.

It's genuinely cute you don't think you are.

I guess what we really need to do moving forwrad is try and look at crimes, high crimes and violating ones oath to office and ask, 'can we understand why the accused might violate his oath of office? If so, lets elect them again and watch as they do exactly what the person they ran against said they would do!'

But I guess using your newfound kinda "feeling" driven approach to criminal justice and crimes rather than FACTS, the poll can mean whatever you want it to. I can understand why people would think it's alright if they believe Trump is going to go back and start up a Trade War that further devalues the dollar and hurts our economy!
