Happy to see this - he wasn't going to find a spot at PSU, but OK St. is building something special and he can be a part of that.  I think he can be effective at both 165 and 174.

165 or 174 will probably be up to Lockett.  Facundo will have to move to wherever Lockett's not.

If it is a portal guy, I think it will be someone who hasn't yet entered the portal yet.  Namely one of: Isaac Trumble, Braxton Amos, or potentially Feldman although PSU seems more logical for him.

Portal John - will weigh in around 230-250 after the weight cut, aprox 7' 5", heavy hips with a 43" waist

Great pickup for OSU, and nice to see him reunited him with Taylor.  I see him having a Barraclaugh-like season, probably placing top 5.  Maybe even top 3 if he goes 165, as I'm not sure who beats him outside of Mesenbrink and probably Caliendo.  This is a guy who beat Haines at OTTs and gave Burroughs all he wanted.  Lockett is a beast but I'm not sure he's beating Facundo, at least not right away.

If we get someone who is top 5 worthy in HWT, we will go for it. Else has to ride with Doucet and hope he learned some new offense in offseason. 

184 is a fight between Thompson and whoever we might get through portal.

How much weight is Spratley cutting- does anyone know? I saw one of his interviews during NCAAs and he looked pretty dried out!

I had higher expectations for Thompson after completing his RS Year under a new staff.  I take it that optimism is not widely shared?

I've seen nothing to suggest a significant change.  But we really haven't had much opportunity for observation.  I am just not optimistic about this one.

That would be a good fit for ASU, Vince is pretty solid and I think he makes NCAAs if he stays healthy this year

Looks like the Mirasola’s would fit into OkSt lineup very nicely.  And Zach Ryder for that matter.  Hell, might as well throw Braden Davis into the mix in Stillwater.
