So, he doesn't have to be tried in a criminal court?

The president can just declare anyone he wants a terrorist, and have them deported, imprisoned, killed?

If they meet the criteria...why is this so hard to understand??  Did Bin Laden have to go to criminal court to be labeled a terrorist??

Easy...when ICE picks them up and they have all the appropriate paperwork and documents they are let go...I answered even though I know you were being obtuse.

The correct response is: they have an immigration hearing with an immigration judge and legal counsel, and if found to be lacking, are deported.

You know, as the law requires.

These people are on US soil. If they are so dangerous, why are they not being tried and sent to prison, as opposed to being released in a country with questionable ability to keep them detained?

You're actively arguing that the president gets to supersede our legal system. Tell me, where does that end, in your eyes? Let's take it to the obvious, not-so-absurd conclusion: Can the president have US citizens on US soil killed? Can he have them imprisoned without trial? Can he have them deported?

If I'm president, and I declare you a terrorist, does that make it so?

Im a natural born citizen.  A veteran.  No social media or other record of supporting terrorists.  A hard case to make.

Why do you support terrorists remaining in this country, roaming our streets, your neighborhood?

I support detaining them, charging them, trying them and punishing them to the fullest extent of the law.

Where do you draw the line at what laws are to be followed?  Do you draw the line at people not following the immigration laws??  If you come here illegally, without following the process, what trial is needed??

The reason for the questions are to see where you take a hard stance and where you don't...usually to fit an ideology rather than truly being for the rule of law.

A bit of a huuuuuge stretch on that one buddy.

let's break it down simply…….

"Nora" al-Awlaki was a little girl who died during a military attack in another country. She wasn’t fighting or involved in anything dangerous…..  she was just a child who sadly got caught in a situation where people were fighting.

Her father, Anwar al-Awlaki, was an adult who was involved in dangerous activities and was seen as a threat by Obama’s. Because of this, he was specifically targeted and killed by a drone strike.

So, the big difference is that Nora was an innocent child who died during a fight, while her father was someone Obama was trying (without a trial) to stop because he made a unilateral decision and believed he was dangerous.

So you can't go to funerals? Since when was attending a funeral grounds for being deported?

It was a terrorist funeral.  Should she have been drone attacked like your boy Obama does to peeps he doesn’t like?

Supporting terrorists gets your visa revoked.

TDS is strong.

Trump does what he said should be done ( and MILLIONS of Americans said should be done)... and the left can't accept the win.

Come here legally.

Shouldn't have been let in.  It has been shown that many, I dont remember the numbers, hundreds or thousands, were marked as detained by Biden, were not actually detained.

The US government has supported some of the worst, and our current president supports the Russian Mafia essentially. Can we get rid of him?

I am surprised you don’t know a guy in the Russian mafia that can stipulate this.  Can you show me your facts about what essentially supporting the Russian mafia looks like?

I think many consider Putin to be the ultimate crime boss/gangster, being among or possibly the most corrupt leader of all the powerful nations.

Maybe not officially part of the "Russian mafia," but there's no reason to be when you're already more powerful and skim more money than all of them combined.

So as per usual you have no evidence.   To rephrase the original question ~~> Show me some evidence we or Trump or whomever supports the Russian mafia.

I also struggle with finding someone here who thinks Putin is not corrupt so it’s almost like you farted in the wind instead of answering the question.   No one wants farts in the wind my friend.
