Little Rock would be in a better posture of they elaborated on what the two purported certifications were.  They haven't to my knowledge produced anything that demonstrates that someone in authority, other than at Little Rock, who was provided information that included somewhere the fact that his four postseasons didn't  include 2021, officially said he was properly eligible.  Absent that what they've said doesn't seem to mean a lot with respect to whether and how much Little Rock as a school was culpable.

Conferences cannot declare someone eligible like this. The NCAA has to do that. The argument that the PAC12 certified him as eligible is a non-argument. It’s meaningless.

Oregon State declared Pac-12 champs. LR lost Brennan's points at the Pac12 giving the Beavers the team title, however they did not give Murphy Menke the Pac12 champion NCAA birth.

Correct... Brennan had surgery in 2021, therefore not competing that year that was free. At the beginning of this fiasco. LR fans were claiming he had a medical redshirt for 2021 giving him the extra year. However, the NCAA didn't give any due to 2021 being a free year. Med years have to be granted and signed off by the NCAA. Why LR thought they had a med year with no sign off from the NCAA is a mystery. Why they would go to the conference twice and the conference saying he was good, twice is yet another mystery. Somebody needs to do a nice Scooby Doo pull off the mask meme.
