I thought calculus was d/dx and for derivatives and Integrals.  I had no idea that calculus was graphing equations.  I thought that was algebra or trig or geometry thing.

And yet you thought wrong.

"Limits" my boy, "limits" are straight up calculus.

You seem like an old dude, but you're never too old to learn more math. Online courses are easily accessible.

If you truly want to know more (instead of pretending and not knowing dick), consider taking a course.

So d/dx - what if d=1? Then how does the graph I posted look to you? And if d>1, how does that graph change?

It really is interesting material if you take the time to consider it.
