Should Mijaín López give it another go in 2028?

The dude has wrestled 2 tourneys in the last 8 years and won them both - and those were the Olympics.   Should he do nothing for another 3 years and try for an unprecedented 6 golds?   I think he could do it.

yeah I agree.   2028 is a ways off but wouldn't that be something?   He would establish himself as the real GOAT, not that he isn't now.

I think it's a "If Mijain wants it Mijain gets it process - If I'm not mistaken the guy he beat for the Gold this past year had left Cuba to compete for Chile so he could get a shot at wrestling.

unless the rules are changed in greco and he gets at least one shot on top every match I don't see age really hindering him. There was not a match this go around that I thought he was in danger of losing he has truly mastered the art of modern day greco.
