I thought part of the reason Koll left Stanford was because he felt like he could not compete with their inability to offer NIL.

Schools don't offer NIL money.  More likely Stanford couldn't compete with UNC's ability to offer Koll NIL money.

Sounds like we're getting conflicting answers. Just to clarify, do ivy athletes get NIL deals - not from the school itself, but from sponsors, coops, nonprofits, etc?

Why he left Stanford?  Stanford isn’t in the Ivy League.  And pretty sure the main reason he left Stanford is because UNC is his alma mater anyway

No one gets NIL deals from the school itself.  I’m sure Cornell guys get NIL deals.  How they compare to some of the other schools I have no idea

The courts have made it clear that the NCAA and its member schools cannot restrict a student from receiving NIL.
