Shumate had to come from behind to beat Walters at 197lbs for 3rd. Mantanona had Brignola on skates the last minute of the finals match at 165lbs there. True Frosh Brock, not Beau. Nobody is touching Jesse this year I know it may seem like a lot to takeaway from a win over a guy bumping up two weights in one off season but after watching stanich against Lemley he would be right there to AA and Mendez just crushed him. Score does not tell the entire story in Davino vs Bouzakis it did not seem like bouzakis had anything for him aside from hopping out of a crab ride for a reversal which he does to everyone. Kilkeary probably gives you a little more ceiling but a much lower floor overall I think Mccrone is the guy. 1

No such thing as an UTB in college wrestling. Stanich beat Lemley in TB1. If they had the same amount of RT after TB1 they would have continued with SV2. 1

Davino real deal, TR will very closely examine how to use him this year. Mendez is Mendez 165 will be Hepner unless Sasso comes back second half. 174 could be a rotation of guys until Kharchla is back. I think Rogotzke redshirts, not opposed to that. Geog kept it close with Beard, who knows what to expect this year. Feldman looks great, I think he's ready for Kerk. 1

I think there is a chance Rocco still goes at 174 he looked small at 184 and is still set to wrestle 174 at the all-star classic. Was hoping to see a defacto wrestle off between D'emilio and cannon but cannon did not go so wondering if that spot is set in stone or not.
