FLO just posted a video of AJ demoing his fast twitch technique at the gym via Facebook about an hour ago.  The short video is tough to stomach yet he does add excitement to the heavyweights imo.

Short ... its 7:34 ... I could barely stomach 34 seconds.

Heavyweight is the perfect weight class for him. Boring 4-1 matches where nothing happens for 6:57 is right up his alley. He could legitimately go for the Hodge this year at a weak 285 if he actually pressed the gas pedal, but that would require him to not drop to his knees and back up every possible moment in neutral and we all know he can ride harder than a tijuana donkey show but he doesn't turn anyone. I don't see either changing. He is going to be the most jacked dancing bear of all time.

AJ might win this year because that weight is pretty thinned out of talent /experience, but most former Hwt Champs were better.

It would be easy to name some who were not.

Which recent HWT NCAA Champ would he beat? How far do we have to go back?

Pre Snyder?  Or is it possible Snyder is/was scared of spiders?

Ionel, please name your top 5 or 10 that he would beat at Hwt. Maybe I can be convinced.

Im busy today but maybe if @cowcards or @Wrestleknownothing can dig up a list of hwt champs I can do it tonight.  He certainly would've beaten John Lockhart.  Focus is lucky to not be in prison thus was sure to win the coin flip.

I went back to 1980, I consider myself a Fatman expert...

If, and I mean If, he could beat any I would say the following.

Tolly Thompson 1995 (NE)
Jeff Walter 1996 (WI)
John Lockert 2001 (IL)
Dustin Fox 2008 (NW)
David Zabriskie 2010 (ISU)
Anthony Cassar  2019 (PSU)

Just my .02 (I learn more towards he may not beat any of them)

That’s to keep your whining ass shut. You want off this ranch, you got it. I’ll drive your ass to the train station myself.

That’s back to 1987.

Nice List.

I'm not sold on Ferrari at Hwt ........................... yet. Can his frame handle the big guys? Time will tell.

One of those guys I like for sure against AJ, and that is Tolly Thompson. Athletic and big and strong. Not sure AJ could ride him at all.
