not exactly sure on Ludington. he gave me a list like moments after he announced his decommitment but it's pretty obvious more schools entered the mix b/c some of them he's been on visits to weren't on it.

it sounds like for Bouazkis it's going to be Lehigh (the kid's choice) or UNC (the dad's choice)

I’m surprised bigger schools like Iowa and Nebraska didn’t push hard to recruit him. Iowa is in need of a 165 lber after Caliendo/Kennedy graduate, to my recollection they don’t have anyone sitting in the wings after they graduate. So I’m interested to see who will fill that hole.  At least Nebraska has LJ Aruaujo, who can maybe fill 165? Idk if he has outgrown it though.

I’m interested to see where Ludington lands! My guess is either of the big schools, Michigan or Iowa. I’m curious to see which school will best suit his style, culture, personality, and work ethic.

Whoever lands the 3 remain big prospects will be gaining a great wrestler!

Appreciate the insight Willie! Thankful for the brain! @Husker_Du

Iowa and Nebraska were all over him.

he's adamant on Lehigh.

Oh that’s awesome, I respect that. I wonder what made him want to go to Lehigh so badly. Big fan of Lehigh while growing up? Coaching staff? Close to home?

Wish him the best wherever he goes, I’m excited to see him at the next level!

Jude Correa to Cornell 🐻 and Vince Bouzakis to Pitt 🐾!!

I believe those are the last top Big boarders! I’m surprised that Vince chose Pitt, especially with the mutual interest between Lehigh and him. What happened there ? @Husker_Du

Exctied to see how all these big boarders perform on the next level!

He was always very high on Pitt. They were 2nd when he initially committed to tOSU. He has always been close with Headlee and Pletcher, those relationships seem to have been the driving factor. Also, there is a huge difference in student experience between the two schools so that could have been a factor if he felt the big school lifestyle was more for him.

Nic lost to Santaniello at the clarion open so unfortunately there is no chance he starts at Pitt either (joke).

i like the Pitt decision.

from what i know Mr. Bouzakis had a big part in the decision.

i would like to see more prospects of Vince's caliber go to Pitt. i think the staff is excellent.

Keiths done a really good job developing those upper and middle weights I think Vince will have a good career there. Stout,Evans, heller,Keslar,Augustine have all made big jumps year over year.
