AND a stall call against Latona (pulling Orine OOB...)

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

PURE gutz... ORINE toughed that one out over Latona.

(BUT I wished it went the other way, for the dual!)

Still... their WOLFFFF- PAAACKK chant is strangely similar to the "We ARE... State Penn, er, uh, PENN STATE" chant.

I never realized how much of Pat Pops face is just beard…like a good 40%

Like I said earlier on (Cornell/NC St dual)... it appeared to be tatooed on. (I swear!)

Jack wins 141... 20-12 NC State.

I gotta say it again... GREAT DUAL!

Not too shabby for the last dual weekend before the post season!

I'm sorry but Orine should have been hit a second time for stalling and that stall call on Latona was a joke.

Someone make the argument that Orine made any turn attempt that entire period!

this ref is an idiot

Except for maybe some stalling inconsistency at 133, I thought he did a good job.  I don’t believe VT challenged at all, and there really didn’t seem to be complaining from the coaches.

VT’s coaches aren’t known to be loudmouthed complainers like the pack’s Coach Pop. The pack across the board aren’t really uber offensive except for Hidlay. The pack gets used to getting by with this style during the regular season but it generally backfires on them at the ncaa tourney.

none of it was very consequential, he was just a cowboy about stalling calls on the edge depending on who was winning, which annoys me because refs aren't supposed to judging intent.

"Half measures are a coward's form of insanity."
