mspart Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 Yes, way more difficult. Our first lab ran off July 3 due to fireworks. He never came back. We found out he got ran over on the big road at night. Being a Black Lab I'm sure they car never saw him. We finally found his body at an animal hospital frozen. We took him home and buried him. That was really a very very sad day. We were all crying about it. It was difficult. I put him in the hole and he wouldn't fit, he was a big American Lab. So I turned him over to the other side that none of us had seen. That is where he got hit by the car and it was not pretty. So I had to turn him back before anyone saw. I was successful at that. Very Very Sad for Lucky. We were lucky to have him.
