I was the announcer for Mizzou for a few years. I instituted a full lineup of walk out music chosen by the wrestlers. I also had funny/mocking music for opponents, when applicable. Never once did any Mizzou staff express the slightest concern about obtaining “rights” from the artists involved, and I highly doubt Garth Brooks gives a damn about colleges playing his music as background for sporting events. Wrestling is not a Presidential political rally. 
 

Dude Looks Like A Lady was a favorite for opponents, btw.

AJ should spend time watching these guys so he learns more about how to Flex and make great faces while doing so.

 

 

 

As for Johnny Cash. He never spent any prison time. Merle Haggard first heard Johnny live IN Folsom Prison when Johnny did the concert there. Two years for Bank Robbery had Merle in the can.
