So,  Inmate # PO134809 did INDEED reside over a recession,  soaring unemployment rates,  agricultural welfare to fix his mess with tariffs, poor job reports,  soaring inflation,  and that most critical of ecernomic measures,  a dismal labor force participation rate. 

Good.  That's all been cleared up! In the future,  I'll provide the questions and just answer them.  All will be clear.
