I agree that there will be schools that pass on him regardless of the outcome of the case but if he is found innocent, he'll get a second chance if he wants it.

But I agree, if Ferrari is acquitted he’ll probably get another chance in D1.  I’m not convinced it will be at a top 15 or so school though.

My understanding with Steveson is that the lack of charges had more to do with the alleged victim not wanting to proceed with prosecution rather than there being a lack of evidence.
