Similar to how el Sayed is a doctor (a real one unlike Jill Biden) but not a physician, she is a lawyer, but she is not an attorney (which she has been described as) unless she passed the bar exam. She also claims she passed the bar exam in China even though non-citizens aren’t even allowed to take it.
