Calling a Jewish person a “fake jew” is antisemitic.  Do you agree?

Was Obama an Islamophobe when he stated Muslim terrorists were not true Muslims?

Of course not.  Add in the religious and ethnic overlap (and separation) of Jewish-ness and it falls within the same category of being anti-zionist but not anti-semetic.

Probably hyperbole but not hate.

P.S. Obama was wrong.

Post what he actually said, I have a feeling it’s worded much differently than that antisemitic tweet that @Offthemat refuses to condemn.

where does the money go?

You can argue just about any money going to Gaza is “linked” to Hamas because they are the official government.  That doesn’t mean donating it’s going to support terrorism

February 18, 2015: “The terrorists do not speak for over a billion Muslims who reject their hateful ideology. They no more represent Islam than any madman who kills innocents in the name of God represents Christianity or Judaism or Buddhism or Hinduism.”

November 16, 2015: “ISIL does not represent Islam. It is not representative in any way of the attitudes of the overwhelming majority of Muslims.”

“Now, what is also true is, is that the most vicious terrorist organizations at the moment are ones that claim to be speaking on behalf of true Muslims. And I do think that Muslims around the world—religious leaders, political leaders, ordinary people—have to ask very serious questions about how did these extremist ideologies take root, even if it’s only affecting a very small fraction of the population. It is real and it is dangerous. And it has built up over time, and with social media it has now accelerated.”

December 6, 2015: “ISIL does not speak for Islam. They are thugs and killers, part of a cult of death…”

June 14, 2016: Obama said extremist groups had “perverted Islam to justify terrorism” and called their interpretation a “twisted interpretation” of Islam.

There is one quote saying they don’t “speak on behalf of true Muslims.”  But that is not saying the terrorists aren’t true Muslims, the overall theme is saying they don’t represent Islam.

This is far different than calling them “fake.”

Of course, the humor of you comparing terrorists to Americans that don’t support a foreign government that is repeatedly committing war crimes is not lost on me.

It is antisemitic to assume that Jewish people must support Israel.  Jews are not a monolith.  Calling an actual Jewish person a “fake Jew” is blatantly antisemitic.  This is indisputable, sad that you and @Offthemat can’t acknowledge this.

hamas is a known liar.

so you can assume that any money that goes to them goes to terrorism.

lol I like how this guy tries to make this look like fancy research but it’s mostly just talking about el Sayed’s father in law.

Neither CAIR nor ISNA have ever been designated a terrorist organization by the federal government.

lol more tweets with people blatantly lying about what the clip they’re sharing actually says.

She doesn’t say anything in here about Israel “targeting” children.  The only thing she says about the UN is they said “5,000 children could be under rubble.”

Here is a link directly to the UN (not just a “commission”) saying “Over 8,000 others are reported missing or under the rubble – and the experts noted that at least half of them can be assumed to be women and children.”

https://www.un.org/unispal/document/onslaught-of-violence-un-experts-statement-6may24/

Maybe rounding up slightly, but to call this a lie is…a lie. You gotta stop believing everything your Twitter algorithm feeds you.
