  1. Past hour
  2. He's probably still getting over losing at the olympics. Silver and bronze back to back is brutal. He should have one more chance, but after that it's too late.
  3. I think the Neal example is turning into the Neal exception. The NFL is not a skill sport, so it does have this small window for a couple of special individuals. But there are still specific and rare physical attributes that you need to succeed, and just being world medalist level heavyweight wrestler isn't nearly enough. I also think that some of these wrestlers are realizing that the non sports world of jobs isn't all that exciting or glamourous. I'm curious how Wyatt will pan out. Military pilot (or daresay even fighter pilot) might be one of the few non entertainment careers that can compete with freestyle wrestler.
  4. Never heard of CWA. No forums or FB pages talk about it. Flo doesn’t mention it. You go their website to see who competes and the Teams links just go to a bunch of logos. Tough to follow a group that doesn’t do outreach or list even the names of their athletes. From the site it seems like this is exactly what we’re talking about but man it’s lacking some details.
  5. Twas the new normal.
  6. Can you define normal? I'm confused these days.
  7. You’re not gonna do this as a poll? No. Not where I come from. Is this one of those rhetorical questions?
  8. Was this a better use of the national guard. Jazz hands Tim had them lock people in the house for Covid … even shot paint balls at one resident on their porch ironic Censorship lol YouTube won’t let tne thumb nail be posted because it’s “political” lol https://youtu.be/LozQg0oX-Gw?si=qMisZOgST9DFfTP0
  9. Maybe but Penn state and Cael have a pretty good track record with 184s
  10. Maybe spend more on crime and less on this. You can be lgbtqwiritot+ without being this
  11. Paragraph two i bolded. The consequences you ask? Crime lol Who would have thought Media Recap A Washington Post investigation published this week uncovered a disturbing pattern in Washington, D.C.: chronic absenteeism has exploded across the city’s middle schools, and with it, a surge in youth crime. In 2015, just 10% of middle-schoolers were chronically absent. Now, that number is over 30%. In the city’s poorest neighborhoods, that figure climbs even higher. The consequences? Staggering. Teen carjackings. Robberies. Gun violence. And in one heartbreaking case, the death of 14-year-old Irving LaBoard, an 8th-grader who had missed nearly half the school year and was found shot and killed in Fort Dupont Park. The report places blame squarely on the breakdown of early truancy interventions, a shortage of mental health staff, and a lack of meaningful community engagement. Bureaucracy is drowning the system while children fall through the cracks.
  12. Today
  13. In the District of Columbia, a significant portion of students are struggling, with high rates of chronic absenteeism and failing grades. A report from WAMU says that 43% of students were chronically absent in the 2022-2023 school year, and 37% were truant. This is compounded by issues like academic redshirting policies and challenges in special education, leading to concerns about the effectiveness of the current educational system. Key Issues: High Absenteeism: D.C. has some of the highest absenteeism rates in the nation, with chronic absenteeism and truancybeing major problems
  14. Well the issue can't be education cause the NEA is headquartered in DC so they must have the best education in the country don't ya think?
  15. Poverty is often a product of crime. Address the crime issues whether it is big city or rural and poverty rates will drop. FIFY. You were very close, though. Good try.
  16. Who has Penn St got?
  17. Not sure rules either. But PSU usually getting are best. Similar to NBA basketball. Is there a way to get more international wrestlers. Then I guess does it translate to folk style . 3 point takedown. Should be OK. Just thinking outside box. PSU dominating. Love to see parity.
  18. I'm sure rv is happy and will praise Trump. Market may be tanking but paid protesting surging.

  20. Here is the ceo of a company called crowds on demand discussing the fees he pays to his paid protestors. Even discussing have to pay them more if they have to get up at 8am…..
  21. Paid protesting is up 400% in dc under Trump. Soros and others dumped 20m into different protest groups in dc recently.
  22. Very true. Idiots either way
  23. ... or these are in the 9% who like crime.
  24. 91% of the citizens say crime in DC is out of control. That means it’s highly probable those protesters aren’t from there.
  25. The University of Nebraska-Omaha was another huge tournament right around Thanksgiving and I missed those Thanksgivings due to cutting weight. I love Thanksgiving now and eat way too much to make up for past missed meals.
  26. Where are the people who live in the crime ridden areas in these protests? Looks like old liberal crusaders not people living in the hood. Not a black or brown to be found here https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16pPSGwU2K/?mibextid=wwXIfr
