It seems to put doubt on the Comey indictment. i don't know how all of this works, but if it works like this guy seems to think it does, then not a good look for DOJ. Which means that unless the courts accept some kind of wild unprecedented argument, Halligan, Pam Bondi, and Donald Trump won’t be able to fix this even if they had a single working brain among the three of them. SAD!!!!!! I have no idea if any of this is true (facts or reasoning) but this is certainly something that appears to be be a serious issue. I have not heard this before.
