How about we pray for the many more gazans that are being murdered daily? Much, much higher # than the Israelis. I'll simplify it for you. The proposed cuts are to programs that are already small, so they don't amount to anything significant. Meanwhile, large expenditures continue to balloon so overall budget and deficit do too.
