It’s what our societies social contract is based on. Pretty simple.

I think you should try your theory out in Iran or maybe Saudi Arabia. As for countries that need to recognize their own faults America is pretty far down on the list.

It’s always interesting to me when people say we aren’t as great as we think we and other countries are better. There a million people a year (that’s the legal ones) trying to get into and America and away from those other countries. Then add in what’s happening illegally. Why would that be if it’s not that great here?? as for the tax system: we already have just under half of the population (those eligible to pay) that doesn’t pay any federal income tax.
