What gang was going to kill him in El Salvador then? I assume you’ve seen television shows. Like the shield or narcos. Those gangs come across the boarder and kill their enemies here. So why not ask for asylum properly for 14 years?

Soooooo he didn’t pursue citizenship he didn’t pursue asylum (until he got caught… fraudulently too) he just thought he would go to a country that also has ms13 issues… and they aren’t going to want to kill him here. I don’t feel like you answered the question. If he was going to be murdered. Why not file on the very first day you could? I mean I’ve never been close to getting murdered….. but if I thought I was I would take tf care if that on day 1. Why wait till you were accused of being a gang member.

Do they have to publicize it to us? I mean I know for a fact the El Salvador president and his esteemed cabinet read this forum. I mean help me understand his asylum request. The one he was “going” to file after getting arrested. Why would he fear for his life. If he was Johnny on the spot clean kid why would the gangs want to bother to have anything to do with him.
