    I will say though, Mcgee was sick from his knees. One of the few where I truly didn't mind it because he had a lot of creative stuff from there.

    Given recent events it's become increasingly strange to me that Gabe Arnold isn't down at 174, which would seem to be his optimal weight. I'd wager he was placed at 184 for the season so that Nelson could get one final shot to compete as they knew he was closer to Kennedy than Arnold. If they pull Ferrari's shirt it becomes quiet a screwjob IMO. Seems like some family cookin'

    It obviously stalling. Neither Ferrari would be as effective without this tactic. Isn't it like an auto-stall in freestyle or am I mistaken?

    Transfer portal may come into play here, not sure PSU can hold on to all of there depth, and that may enrich other teams willing to pay.

    I see and appreciate what you're saying here, but these are two totally different cats. Messenbrink is utterly overwhelming at all times. Bo is more of a bully that imposes his will. They are similar and different at the same time. Speaking of which, Mitch Messenbrink has to be like top 5 all time least fun guys to wrestle. Gotta suck to be out there for 7 minutes with that guy.

    I would think Bassett runs into the most problems as he won't have the same physical advantages he does against HS Kids at the next level. Especially at the weights he is projected to wrestle.

    He is masterfully avoiding the HEW guys and focusing on the high-upside still to develop prospects. Seems to be working.

    Always felt like Poeta got jobbed by the ref in his finals against Leen as well.

    They're both coming up weights. But Haines looked bigger in their freestyle bout and has the frame to fill out even more. I understand the reasoning behind thinking it's O'toole, but Levi sure looked like he had the horsepower advantage and that should only grow as he bulks up.

    100% agree. Dake got beat straight up, just thought the score wasn't reflective of what I saw. Kyle unfortunately relies too much (and has been very successful) on his defense. It's a shame because I feel like if he kept on the offense in this one he would've won.

    I had a bad feeling after seeing the ref was from Iran. Dake taking out an Iranian the previous round probably didn't help!

    I'm sure Burroughs more than happy to praise Takatani. Can't help but agree though, wondering if this is the lack of DT being around. Seems like the Beatles broke up or something.

    Spencer vs Higuchi is a great style matchup. I would favor Higuchi if this was their second meeting, as he will be able to get to Spencer's legs with his quickness. However, these international guys have a real tough time with Spencer's strength, and if he can stop Rei in a position to lock in any turn, I think he will end the match. Abdullaev's face was priceless during the semi, had a whole "what the hell is this guy" vibe to it.

    That Bulgarian was strong strong. Don't want to speculate, but maybe even Ivan Drago strong if you catch my drift. Having said that, he had a superior gameplan. Brooks wins that match if he doesn't action and tire himself.

    Just wait until Dake has Chamizo/Kadi for his first two matches. Then we can complain.

    I'd assume he's a practice squad guy for a year and they see if anything is there. What he has going in his favor is his absolute ability to make other people his size look foolish through is movement, that part should translate. I have no doubts on the strength side. Not sure if he's explosive enough for it matter though.

    If you've never felt Lee what kind of chance do you really have? He has to be so insanely strong.

    Little to none depending on the person. Personally it would have a negative effect on my performance. This is much ado about nothing.
