    I wasn't a D1 AA or anything but I remember when my opponent wanted to have some inauthentic "moment" after the match I took it almost like a personal insult.

    if just one of the champions tonights resists being herded over to him immediately after the match or, even better, tells him to fug off I will be a fan of that wrestler for life. I'm not hopeful but maybe at least one of these kids will have the self respect not to grovel for this sheetstain

    is this just a down year or did the loss of Sunkist Kids destroy the program? Figs seems like he doesn't wanna be there. Schultz hasn't progressed in 5 years. Is there any reason for Sun Devils fans to be hopeful for the future?

    My favorite team is the Sun Devils but number 2 is Maryland Terps cuz i grew up and wrestled in the state of MD, just wish they’d recruit more local kids.

    It’s incredible how poorly the entire Sun Devil team did at the PAC 12s this year. It’s like they didn’t even show up for that tourney.

    one loss was a MFF and yes he laid an egg in the opening round of the Big 12s but he came back and tore thru the back of the bracket like all the other 125ers owed him money. I think that loss may have been an eye opener, he looks like the best 125er in the tourney for my money, I'm picking him over Ramos in the final. Full disclosure: I'm an ASU diehard but I feel like I'm probably being fairly objective here.

    also Aziz Fayzullaev was supposed to be some big stud at 184...he comes in, gets a big early season win and vanishes. Is he even on the team anymore?

    Sun Devil fall from grace has been brutal and swift….only 3 seeded wrestlers in the conference tourney. Heartbreaking for an ASU fan.

    would I be an a$$hole to maintain that life (and wrestling) are going to get a lot harder than having to get over your insecurity about your physique and if kids can't get past that they're probably in for bigger problems when life actually gets difficult?
