  1. The Elite 90 award does a good job of recognizing those that are excelling at both. Glad they have an award that does so. 2. As the #4 seed, Franek has a great shot to make the finals based on the 2 of the top 3 don't make the finals. I think he makes it to the finals regardless...
  3. I am all for Russian athletes being fully barred from competition. Not because of the war but that's the ban that should have occurred from the state sponsored doping instead of just banning the Russian flag.
  4. I recall this being the case in conference and nationals.
  5. I'm not sure where talking about Cael and 159-0 turned into D1 only wins, most any win records I have ever seen include every time a wrestler got their hand raised in varsity official competition. Whether that was against a DIII wrestler at an open of MFF. Cael's 2nd official victory was against DII Augustana, presumably in an open, but a win toward the record nonetheless.
  6. The kid is a stud. He had some good wins last year and has shown noticeable and steady improvement from the start of the season. Almost expected when he gets to train with Franek and Michael Weber every day. Look out for him in March.
  7. Illinois is literally synonymous with government corruption. Many state and federal bribery laws are in place because of the actions by government officials in Illinois...and it's still happening in plain sight with no accountability...
  8. Ita times like this, I wish there was a super dislike button. Congrats on the lone title.
  9. They are young and already showing improvement since November. Good gas tanks and displaying some good match management. Pentz's match with Deprez looked night and day different from the dual up until the injury. Hoping they continue the trend upwards through March.
