  1. As I thought. I looked for it and didn't see anything like that, so I think we know the answer now.
  2. Anyway, re: happiness levels, I could see how the strong religious beliefs that many wingers have, for example, could increase their happiness levels. Most wingers that I know are religious, while most Democrats that I know are not. I don't think religion in itself makes you happier but it correlates with a strong spiritual life, which does. That's why I try to make spirituality a major component of my life and throw out the dogmatic religion b.s.
  3. Can you show me the source for that later claim? I saw that injecting T can influence political views to the right but everything I saw indicated no significant difference in overall T levels between larger populations of Ds and Rs. I can see this being the case. I know a lot of wingers that seem to rely upon T injections but I don't know any Ds that have ever injected any of that. The wingers that I know seem to have low T compared to the Ds that I know.
  4. Nice try. The 2028 election. Inauguration is in 2029.
  5. A correlation isn't the same thing as causation. There are plenty of reasons why conservative political beliefs could correlate w/ better mental health.
  6. Yes, but to say that the primary reason they sometimes get bussed to blue states is to add to their electoral votes is whack-job stuff. You guys are looney to the max.
  7. The winger conspiracy theories are a dime a dozen. Unreal.
  8. The only possible reason for any bussing to blue states MUST be so they can illegally vote. Duh.
  9. OK; I see that. That's too bad and I don't think that should happen, but doesn't look like they are allowed to vote anyway so not sure if this makes much of a difference.
  10. Right now it looks like the wingers will lose most if not all of the battleground states anyway, so this won't even come close to making up for that.
  11. Illegal immigrants are counted as citizens in the census? Interesting. Didn't know that.
  12. Actually they've been consistently losing battleground elections this year. Lack of leadership must be a good thing for democrats.
  13. They're toeing the Trump line. Like good little lackeys. Yep.
  14. Trump caved on tariffs. That's why the stock market went back up. He caved even more quickly than I thought he would.
  15. Republicans are more organized, unified and strategic than the Democrats. No, I don't necessarily agree that a "national leader" is going to make a significant difference in local elections. I'm not a political scientist though, so whatever. Democrats have been crushing Republicans in these elections since Trump took office so it can't be helping them that much anyway.
  16. Nice means significant, as in great buying opportunity. I did admit that it wasn't guaranteed because there was a great chance that he'd cave, and he did.
  17. Mid-terms are state and local elections. Don't need "national" leaders for those. Are you saying there aren't even any leaders at the state or local levels? That would be a complete joke. of a statement. Didn't completely read the article because I don't care too much. I"ll admit that the Republicans are much better strategists than the Democrats. They know what to say and when to say it, how to get the dark money rolling in, and they are 100% unified. They'll back Satan himself if he's a Republican.
  18. It's short term anyway. I'm paying off real estate in the fall so just playing with some extra money on the side, in cash at the moment. I still see a nice dip coming between now and then. Most of assets are still locked up in retirement-related accounts.
  19. Yah, I'm surprised. We'll see how long this lasts. Good news is that my silver and gold investments have skyrocketed, since people are running from the dollar.
  20. Sort of a dumb post considering we're still 3.5 yrs from presidential election. Plenty of candidates will emerge, and some of them will be solid. Personally, I've liked Buttegieg, but a lot of moderate bigots won't vote for him simply because he's homosexual. Two things I can almost guarantee, and it is very bad news for the wingers. 1) We'll have a Democrat in white house in 2028, unless the wingers can drastically escalate their voter suppression tactics. 2) He/she will be a lot nastier than Biden or Obama were. Maybe just as nasty, radical and polarizing as Trump. Get ready; it's going to be a wild ride.
  21. Satan has literally taken over the GOP. I would say that about 67% of wingers are possessed by Satan or otherwise by one or more demonic entities. It's not even a debate anymore with the widespread support of open corruption, blatant racism, hatred and obsession over transgender athletes.
  22. I was joking. It was limited to specific circumstances and rich people weren't eligible.
  23. Wasnt it only under specific circumstances? I don't think it was a blanket dismissal. You mean you don't want to pay off the loans for doctors and lawyers?
  24. He still can't provide a specific study from which his winger bs 96% claim came from. Just another winger lie. They're a dime a dozen.
