    Retherford. Won 2017 NCAA’s in 25:17 with 4 tech’s and a pin. Averaged 5:03 per match.

    I don’t know how NIL works, but NLI is the contract between schools and athletes that identifies specifics for the scholarship.

    Haines was a lot smaller than Hamiti, and about the same size as KOT. He struggled to make 157 last year. I’ll bet he didn’t have to cut much to make 174. And I don’t see any acne on Haines.

    Admit I am prejudiced, but caliendo didn’t take a shot for the first 6 minutes of the big 10 championship, or for the first 6 minutes tonite. And no stalling calls either time.

    Tell me know one can see 184 being decided by a riding time decision in OT. That will really draw in the casual fan, not to mention some derisive comment by 47.

    Davis is an AA. You think maybe you can give the kid a break now?

    Correct me if I am wrong, but if Lilledahl, Davis, and Kasak win their wrestlebacks tonight, aren’t they guaranteed top 8 and AA status.

    Really? I didn’t see a single shot from Munoz. Yeah, it took Barr a little while, but he was the only one moving forward.

    I don’t think so. In fact, I think last year is the first year he brought all 10 to NCAA’s. But I could be wrong.

    Uhh no. Here’s just a couple. Davis doesn’t win, Teemer doesn’t make the final, and Caliendo reverts back to a MD loss.

    I guess I would be real surprised if the penn state kids did not go into Philly with realistic expectations. All 10 could win, but they know they are seeded 3, or 4, or 8 for a reason

    Unless Barr is out due to injury, this is fantasy.

    What would be a failure? Only 3 finalists? Only 2 champions. What if they combine that with 8 or 9 or 10 AA’s. And win by 40-50 points. Not so much of a disappointing weekend, do you think?

    I think it is about right. Basketball goes for another 4 weeks. Hockey ends around the 4th of July. (Kidding, but only a little) Wrestling is maybe the only sport where the NCAA championships are completed in 1 weekend.

    How many of you would be banging the drum about Starocci being #2 to Cael if he didn’t wrestle for PSU. Especially because he would be undefeated for 4 years if he wins this year. Sound familiar?
