  1. To be fair wasn't it Drake Ayala's mom that started that rumor
  2. With only Mineo's unverified claim how do you guys see tonight going? Nagao trending Iowa or does PSU still have a chance. See @Jimmy Cinnabon...That's how you do it
  3. Exactly. And from Gobblin himself. That says a lot. No one knows right now except for the coaching staffs, Aaron, and a few insiders keeping their mouths shut. Jimmy could've of easily posted "Does Aaron....?".
  4. Vshalum said "I think" and Mineo said "looks like"...that's what your basing your prediction on? Hey. I think it's 50/50. You might be right. But don't come on here and make claims when you have no actual solid concrete insider info
  5. Thanks for clearing that up Justin but why are you pretending to be a Michigan fan on this forum?
  6. As a PSU fan I hope he chooses where he feels most comfortable. I will find it amusing if he picks Iowa on a PSU podcast.
  7. I think once MSU committed to post on HR it broke Tbars heart and we'll never hear from him again
  8. This is only a guess but I think it's between Iowa and Penn State
  9. Pat Mineo and Jimmy Cinnabon are the only two to make that claim. Take it for what it's worth. Have yet to see any reliable insiders make a claim or hint at where Nagao is going
  10. Any chance you can put together a spreadsheet showing the rate at which @Jimmy Cinnabon unnecessarily creates new threads to regurgitate a topic already being discussed on another thread?
  11. I wouldn't be too concerned. Just a few years back a lot of wrestlers from young guns (western PA) went to Iowa but Cael was still able to snag Cenzo and Nolf. Highly doubt Mizzou will miss out on all the talent
  12. To be fair Captain Hindsight has some valid points
  13. Ha! I like it. Sounds like a new age philosophy to the 5th dimension
  14. Johnny is Yianni in Greek. Like most languages on this planet Greek doesn't have a hard J
  15. @Jamie_Taco & @scourge165 any chance we can put this debate on pause for a moment and move on to weather predictions? Now vs 1980s. Is weather forecasting better today? Debate!
  16. We have an old fashion Tbar vs MSU back & forth banter going on right now.
  17. Cheapest option might be flying into Harrisburg (hour 15mins) Pittsburg (2hr 45mins) or Philly (solid 3 hrs without traffic). Flying into State College can get pricey.
  18. And like a woman on her period you wont stop arguing. Enjoy your Sunday
  19. Listen. You're obviously on your menstrual cycle. We can go on forever and argue or I can be the man in this situation and realize we'll never see eye to eye and exit the conversation.
  20. Taco had a Freudian slip but he edited
  21. No its not all subjective. Wrestling sports media today vs the 1980s has far greater tools to correctly rank HS wrestlers. What a far fetched concept
  22. No, because Gable did stockpile the nation's top high school recruits. I'll make my points in hoping we'll come to a general agreement but I highly doubt it. 1) In terms of Royce Alger not being a top ranked recruit it's a failure of the wrestling media at that time. It's unfair to cast total blame on wrestling media during that era due to them not having the resources that Flo, @Husker_Duetc benefit from in this modern era. By any metric, a 3x Iowa state champ and JR national title winner is a top 10 recruit. 2) You're conveniently omitting or do not know that for years Gable gave extra scholarships. Above the allotted amount allowed by the NCAA's which led to him eventually being sanctioned. To be fair, other Big 10 schools were also doing it but Iowa wrestling egregiously went over the allowed allotment which was proven in a report I will provide for you. Yes, Gable was stockpiling wrestlers. https://web3.ncaa.org/lsdbi/search/miCaseView/report?id=101820 I dont blame Gable for doing this but he was gaming the system. AND he stockpiled wrestlers
