I’m undecided on how much blame Poullas deserves for the fight.   Some of his clubs were over the line, but obviously Tsarukyan went about a mile over the line.   But Poullas was penalized for his clubs which is why he lost IIRC, so in theory Tsarukyan shouldn’t have been that mad about them.   Although I don’t know the exact continuation rules so I’m not sure if that should have been 2 towards the end for Tsarukyan.  

Overall I’m disappointed Poullas didn’t try to actually wrestle, I’m not sure if he took more than one shot.

Oliver pushed him out twice during the match and for whatever reason the ref didn't give him the points either time.  There is no grounding anymore if the guy appears to go to his knees just to try and avoid the push out (it's still a judgement call), UWW changed that back in December so RAF followed suit.  The right guy won in the end, just need to find a better way to review it in real time instead of having to wait.

Why has no one mentioned that Beau Bartlett has twice received the fully Cary Kolat experience of getting screwed over?

My hot take of the day is that people don't like Beau Bartlett because of Syd Bartlett. He already started with a style that isn't very fan friendly and her cringey social media takes it over the edge.

That's the mildest take I've heard all day. But he got hosed back at the 2023 US Open against Nick Lee and he wasn't considered "controversial" at that time, just boring.
