BIG Ten Plus wrestling streaming of BIG Ten Tournament ??

I can't seem to find a reliable answer to the above question whether Big Ten Plus will be streaming any or all sessions and mats of the Big Ten tournament this year. 

I'm pretty certain they have done so in most past years (except for the finals, which have been on regular Big Ten TV), but these platforms and programs change all the time.

Anyone have any reliable information?

The graphic is from the Big Ten website. I have such a bad memory that I can't remember how I viewed them last year.

They typically run the tournament on big ten plus, except the final which is on espn or espn2.

I thought the final is on Big Ten Network and NCAA final is on ESPN?

Yes, they typically have all the mats available on Big Ten plus (along with featured mats on regular Big Ten), but I have seen no confirmation of this.  My recollection is that Big Ten finals are usually on Big Ten TV and then the NCAA tournament is on ESPN and ESPN plus

Yeah I don’t ever recall the finals being on ESPN. It’s always been on BTN. I’ll have to play around in BTN+ Sat morning to see if there’s mat view like ESPN+ has for NCAAs.

Just logged in to B1G+ and looking at last year, looks like individual mats are on B1G+:

According to BTN+ there will be linear coverage with mats streaming on BTN Plus and coverage on BTN. Sounds like with BTN Plus you can stream everything except the finals.

You are correct, BTN for the finals.

You need a Philadelphia lawyer to figure this out. Some of these things make used car dealers seem honest. Last year I tried to get the Big Ten Network for wrestling but it sent me to Fox Sports, and into a circle j*rk. No thanks.

I have a rule of thumb for these situations. People pay me good money to figure out things for them. I DON'T pay them money to figure out their crap. That would make no sense. At that point, deal me out.

I signed up for two months of ESPN Ultimate at $30/month on Jan 23. Watched a bunch of duals, will watch Big12 and ACC tournaments, and NCAA tournament. Most important, it was very easy to do.  I'm gonna guess the Big Ten tournament, and Fox Sports, and all the ding dongs that make up all these convoluted "plans" won't miss me at all.

Never happened to me either, so I’ll bet it’s the host arena’s network congestion.

So, I am looking at signing up for Big+ for the tourny.  My question is, will I be able to watch the archives of the event including the finals? 

Do people reccomend this platform, as am seeing lots of mixed responses.  Are they better this year than last year.

I think I'll do the same going forward. I used to have an annual subscription then changed to monthly starting in January for Big Ten conference schedule but next year I'll just get a month for Big Tens as most of the big duals are on regular Big Ten Network anyway.

ESPN UNLIMITED) and FOX NOW streaming channels.   The ESPN portion cost basically $30/month and the FOX NOW basically cost $10 /month.   I mention the FOX NOW because is includes the Big Ten Network (and other things of value to me).   Last time I checked the Big Ten + subscription costs the same as I pay for both the ALL ESPN and FOX NOW streaming channels, i.e., $39/month.   I'll do without the ESPN+ since any truly outstanding matches will likely be uploaded to YouTube in a day or two after they occur.

I did not realize there was a ESPN/Fox bundle. I have them separate for $30 and $20.

B1G+ is $13 per month.

Isn't ESPN+ included with ESPN Unlimited/Fox bundle? And won't you need ESPN+ for NCAAs?

I thought I used my iPad last year and just cast the screen to my big tv.   I had the opty to select mats I believe.   
 

Often I use multiple iPads.  One for individual mats viewing with sound and the quad mats on the tv and toggle between the two depending on what the match is

The ESPN UNLIMITED (all ESPN CHANNELS) and FOX ONE BUNDLE was announced as early as last September if I recall correctly. https://www.fox.com/espn  I signed up for as soon as I could and that - as I mentioned before - was either in October or November.   

I looked up the cost of B1G+ just recently and what I saw online said it was $39 per month.   I'll look again I guess but I doubt I'll sign up for it even if it is $13.

Yes ESPN+ is included.   As I said above the ESPN UNLIMITED is just that - it includes ALL ESPN channels.  And you are correct that ESPN+ doesn't have anything to do with the NCAA wrestling tournament but I use it for many other sports.
