Well he he's only wrestled 2 matches in three years. I think he could have taken either. Seems the year you qualify for the trials could be used as an Olympic redshirt, but wrestling is so f'd up with these guys trying to hang around until retirement age its hard to tell.

Who even knows anymore with these medical forfeits. Why even assum there's an injury at this point?

Are any of these guys also injured - Zerban, Jacob Frost, David Evans, Zeth Romney, and Lanosga(fair to say he might've gotten a concussion) also injured? They all medical forfeited a placement match

He kept rolling out his shoulder during the Knox match and again during the Campbell match. Hopefully nothing serious, since it seemed to happen in the Knox match and he went on to wrestle his semi I am assuming he is ok, and maybe it just did not seem worth risking to them.
