If they don’t exist and they don’t do anything terroristy then no one has anything to worry about.  

It’s not like Trump is subverting the FISA courts to go after political enemies over a hoax.  No terroristy actions = no problem.

Other than peaceful rioting, impeding law enforcement (isn’t that obstruction of justice?), transporting lethal drugs on the high seas = terroristy actions resulting in consequences.
