What is an "ICE free zone" in Chicago?

Turley says the following.   I'd like to know where he gets any of this wrong:

1.  The federal government has its own jurisdictional authority and can enter city and private property in pursuit of lawful operations. In terms of “staging” operations, the Constitution, not Brandon Johnson, protects citizens from having their property seized or used for the quartering of troops.

2.  Most importantly, the City of Chicago cannot arrest federal officers who are conducting federal operations. This point was correctly noted earlier by Chicago Police Supt. Larry Snelling, who said that CPD officers will not arrest federal law enforcement, “because someone deems what they are doing is illegal.”

3.  The federal government has the right to enforce these laws to deport individuals. Congress passed these laws and, if these politicians oppose them, they can seek to rescind deportation laws in the democratic system.  (mspart adds that federal law supercedes state or city laws with regard to immigration enforcement, there is a thing called the supremacy clause.  Article 6 Clause 2 states, "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding"  )

Since Turley is a toady of the right, where does he have any of this wrong?

They're thugs. Roughing people up and gassing them, just for protesting. Even killed people that weren't a threat. Screw those goons.
