With that said.  Is this a bad dude that they arrested?   Do we want Venezuelan cartel gangs running city apartment buildings ?  Why did Chicago police let him run around the city if they knew he committed murder in June?    Is 4 months not enough time to arrest and jail a violent known cartel gang member?

• Gang affiliation:Prosecutors reportedly identified Coronado-Meza as a member of Tren de Aragua.
• Current charges: He was arrested for a murder committed inside the 7500 S. South Shore Drive apartment building in June 2025. He is charged with first-degree murder, concealing a homicidal death, aggravated unlawful restraint, and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon. Coronado-Meza was reportedly awaiting trial for the separate gun case when he confessed to the murder. 

 

By the way.  He killed a guy who opened business to help support migrant shelters.    

They could have targeted just him without detaining the entire building

So we went from it’s okay to detain an entire apartment building in the middle of the night in order to catch a whole bunch of dangerous criminals to it’s okay to detain an entire apartment building in the middle of the night to catch maybe one dangerous criminal and some people that entered the country illegally?

They arrested 37 people boss.   They have arrested thousands already.  We want the illegals out.  They are a huge financial burden on American tax payers.   They commit crimes.  I’ve documented tons of those crimes.  You don’t care about black and brown safety in inner city / crime ridden cities.  
 

the building was a ravaged absolutely shyte show.   There are photos of what these monsters did to the building.   The tenants who are there legally are better off now. 
 

You have been repeatedly asked for a better solution.   Don’t let zillions of them in next time.   Detained is not arrested.  
 

You and I both know the debacle at the boarder during the last administration was beyond conscious and on purpose.   Let em in…. Whine when the mean republicans kick em out.  It’s a viscous game these politicians are playing.

yes, this is the case.   Be quiet while the invasion happens and then yell and scream when someone tries to fix it.   

Homan said that the cities can help ICE and hand over the illegal alien criminals, or ICE can come in and round them up.   If they find others that are here illegally, they will be arrested and deported as well.    They have said what they will do and are doing it.  All that needs to happen is for the cities and states to work with ICE and the baddies will go away and the others get to breathe awhile more until they run out of criminals to deport.

Chicago Sun Times reports that like how the building was in crappy condition before the raid, it was in crappy condition before the Venezuelans arrived.   And Venezuelans were trying to help clean it up.

Earlier you said detaining the entire building was the best way to catch the dangerous Tren de Aragua members because they “infested” the building.  Turns out it was only one.
