He typed “Comey” but meant Turley.

Yes, I meant Turley and still no one has commented on his commentary.   Is it sound legal reasoning or maga inspired churl?

It’s his educated opinion.  Occasionally he is wrong, but not frequently.

Indeed it is.   They don't have the guts to come out and say that Turley has good legal instincts or not and back that up with reasoning.   It doesn't get any simpler, but these guys just can't bring themselves to do it.

Agreed.  I just want one of the leftists on this board to say what they think of his commentary.

I might have something to contribute. But your boring and pathetic insistence that we all have to be either R or D is a bridge too far.

If you'd like to have any real discussion, stop trying to divide everyone into either an R or D pile.

That would be a good start if you were to be considered sincere.

Weird post by a weird poster.

Make a point, invite discussion, post something useful for the community here. Maybe stay away from dodgy posts.

That would be refreshingly positive.

But doesn’t the commentary suggest Comey has a good chance to win?  Why would leftists disagree with that?

That’s what he’s saying.  Someone said that Turley couldn’t be trusted because he was on FOX a lot.  Turley is about as unbiased as they come.

Ok.  I don’t know much about him

edit: actually I do remember hearing his name recently. He apparently also said that Abrego Garcia had a good case for defamation against the government.

So, you say, the "left are crazy"?

Half the country (48%) who voted D vs the other half (49%) that voted R.

Interesting that you choose to somehow tie sanity to voting choices.

It's almost as if you're falling into the trap that has been set for all of us. The 'divide the country in half' trap.

(Then again, I'm not convinced you're even from the US.)

Your forgot to add your opinion.  Just popping random tweets from your followers is weak or so I’m told

I don’t think random family can live in your primary residence to avoid getting popped for fraud

I think there’s a good chance that Halligan is going to get disbarred.

You clearly haven’t read the indictment.  It wasn’t her primary residence, it was her secondary, and if she visited her family member that lived there than she was “using” it.  And if the family member was not paying rent then it wasn’t an investment property.

“Comey was a key player in the production and dissemination of phony evidence that created a false national security crisis in which the world was led to believe a sitting president was a stooge of Vladimir Putin. There is no “free speech absolutist” alive who’d count perjury and classified leaks as protected First Amendment activity. In Comey’s case there’s the additional novelty of classifying false information that was then leaked, to produce a desired political effect. This was comprehensive abuse of federal investigative machinery, and Trump was not the only victim. If there was such a thing as defamation of the entire United States, Comey would be liable.”
