I personally think placement points should get cut in half to reduce this effect, but short of that i'm not complaining or advocating a change of policy, just saying there are a dozen teams that can beat iowa...every match at the national tournament would matter if PSU wasn't in the picture...I really don't want this but it'd be nice if a PSU guy got hurt...but last time i had that thought Nolf got hurt and  still kicked everyones butt....

So maybe Carl won't try for first place this year, go for the higher relative real value 2nd or 3rd?
