That’s one of the fake pictures I was talking about.  This girl is not suffering malnutrition from a lack of food, she has, and is being treated for, a condition that prevents her body from absorbing nutrients from the food she eats.  You’ll notice her mother doesn’t look malnourished, and neither does her brother who was cropped out of this photo.

Trump rejected that explanation on Monday, telling reporters during a visit to Scotland that the United States would increase its efforts to get food into the territory. “That’s real starvation,” he said. “I see it, and you can’t fake that.”

1.  No, they’re not.  They’ve actually limited it as best they can.

What the trump quote does show is that he's fully aware of the starvation issue in Gaza. You think he's getting false "Hamas Propaganda" intel in the Oval Office. No. He and the Israelis are well aware of the reality on the ground in Gaza.

The "That's just Hamas propaganda" line is nothing more than Israeli propaganda. The kind they've been caught pedaling time and time again.
