Why do the wingers hate educated people so much?

Doesn't surprise me one bit but I'd like to hear their own rationalization.

It's not that complicated unless you were indoctrinated instead of educated. Everywhere you go, and every business you deal with you see the results of today's education system. Everything is overpriced and under delivered.  I've become much more independent and find myself going without instead of putting myself through the agony of dealing with widespread incompetence.

RV do you think 96% of employers are wrong? Is there a possibility that there is no market for the product they are delivering?

Depends which employers took the survey, but it's a lot easier to get a job being a college graduate than not so something smells fishy here.

What's your bs source?

That is a lot of words to say nothing.

Well 96% of respondents were not "wingers" so I think there may be a reason that isn't to obscure. This is an on going survey and ironically colleges are polling at their highest level for what they fell they are turning out. They are more confident than ever in the quality of the education they are providing while employers are claiming the field of possible candidates is the worst in the history of the poll.

Must be a compression issue because I made a clear point. Let me guess you are a recent graduate?

Yes, a compression issue, Mrs. Malaprop. Look it up.

I'm looking specifically for a source for your bs 96% figure. Keep trying.

With 96% of employers agreeing that colleges are falling short in preparing students for the workforce, the statistics reveal a growing disconnect between employer expectations and the readiness of graduates

You didn't see these words in that story?

Yah but for the 3rd time what's the source for that?

Not able to figure that mystery out?

Your inability to find the right word is no mystery, Mr. 96%. You not knowing what a malaprop is, is even less of a mystery.

You may as well have a hissy fit about auto correct because the facts ain't playing out so well for you. BTW was that your word of the day? Do you think otherwise don't have access to a thesaurus?

I never had a college professor indoctrinate or even try to do that to anyone. I even had a college professor who got arrested and charged with conspiracy to harbor illegal immigrants, and in the 2 years I had him for 3 classes, he never once said anything about it. He ended up being acquitted. So colleges and universities aren't some fantasy land where professors spend time doing that.

On the other hand, here is a professor at a college I did attend who tried that. With predictable results.

It's also against school policies in most places to do that anyway. So I doubt many college professors are going to waste time with that. I can give two examples of professors I had who gave political opinions about anything.

Once I had an economics professor who called Trump a complete idiot, this was before he became president, and hoped we wouldn't be stupid enough to listen to him.

The other was a left leaning anthropology professor I had who took a few minutes at the end of a class to pass out voter registration forms and encourage us to vote.

That was the extent of my "indoctrination".

Otherwise?

You get dumber with every post and right now you are posting like it is the middle of next week.

I say keep going. There is nothing funnier than a guy who starts a thread to complain about other people's education and then cannot go a post without messing up his vocabulary.

All you have are childish insults and yet you declare yourself an intellectual.  Must be that modern education.
