Are you opposed to teaching sex ed in schools? Most of the southern states don't teach sex ed and look at them: highest unwed teen mother rates in the country and the highest abortion rates (well, at least until the illegitimate/corrupt SCOTUS overturned Rowe/Wade).

Ignorance isn't bliss forever...  In my state, I’d start with every kid opted in to public sex ed, flood parents with clear details on the curriculum and their power to pull out... guaranteeing transparency and parental control.

• With illegal workers willing to work for less because they are here illegally and cannot demand better, their wages stay low or drop.
• Actual citizens lacking skills and education cannot compete with illegal alien wages... and an increase in illegal workers can cut wages for low-skill citizen workers.
• Progressives (and others) that support illegal labor are screwing American citizens.

Sex ed is very basic and fundamental part of life. It should definitely be taught in public schools and ANY school that receives ANY public funding.

I know you were not addressing me in particular, but I'd like to give you some things to think about. For starters it's not progressives who believe in open borders, it's rightwing libertarians (who vote Republican, btw) that believe in open borders. I know, I was a Libertarian for about 20 years. Progressives are pro union, and unions are concerned primarily with American workers. Illegal alien labor competes against union labor. Did you notice that all the Hormel food processing facilities closed on that "day without a Mexican" day several years back? My point is that a lot of people blame the illegal aliens, but you never hear them call for prosecution of the scumbag companies using that illegal labor, companies like Hormel, WalMart, etc.  Progressives will, to their detriment in elections, bend over backwards to try to help illegal aliens get whatever legal help they can get, true, but that's a far cry from advocating for open borders. 

Regarding the illegal workers, yes, they are cheap. They do good work, too. That's why they are hired for work. The agricultural industry benefits greatly, they pay those people slave wages to work in the sun all day. They can have those jobs as far as I'm concerned. Their cheap labor will help keep food prices low. Who do you think will do those grunt jobs if not the illegals? Lazy ass modern HS kids? Forget it, they can make more money doing nearly anything else. The best jobs taken by illegals are carpentry jobs, but guess what? They do great work and are cheap. Getting rid of illegal labor will hurt the construction industry badly. Prices would probably nearly double on a new house if hourly wages are proportional to the cost of a house.  Thanks to Trump's tariffs and deportations I think we may well see the housing construction industry collapse in the next 3 years.

Well, whose fault is it if someone lacks skills and an education? I know I might sound like a bit of a bastard for saying this, but I have little regard for potatoes masquerading as humans. If someone is so intellectually incurious, and has such little drive that they are permanently lacking skills or an education, then that's a person I will likely hold in contempt.  I think an incurious mind is a great moral failing, people should always be trying to learn even if they are incapable of it. You are literally advocating on behalf of losers with no self respect, no offense.

...a 1 minute google pulls up AP articles that claim the FBI, which hates Trump, confirmed he was shot in the ear, and he was medically reviewed within ~30 minutes of the incident at Butler Memorial Hospital.
