Nor am I trying to play smart...I was thinking Romero had 84 and Hoffman couldn't find a spot...

I'm not sure he ever intended on using his last year. He was a grad assistant coach his first semester at Lock haven or maybe just an assistant I'm not sure he was even enrolled but they needed someone at heavyweight, and I think he decided to do it. He wrestled in a CLAW wrestling event in the fall which is why I think he may have at the time thought he was done competing.
