Some of these reviews are literally taking 25 minutes in real time, totally altering the momentum of the match and making conditioning of the wrestlers a non-factor.

Why not impose a cap of 2 minutes tops for refs to view footage and unless they can make a decision the call stands as called on the mat?

Even worse is when you get back to back challenges of the same sequence, which results in an absurd 40 minute delay...

Honestly I like the international style reviews. Usually takes 30 seconds to review it twice, then a simple explanation and move on. These marathon reviews are ridiculous and I don't feel like they really get calls right by taking more time anyway.

Hell, I would say 60 seconds max and maybe even 30. And add in the freestyle dynamic. If you lose the challenge it is a point for the opponent. So many of these challenges are "just because I can" challenges.
