Not a waste of money at all. So much more important than Medicare, the environment or education. 

Also, no conflict of interest. Just a coincidence that President Musk happens to own SpaceEx. Trillions more in taxpayer dollars self directed to the Presidents compsny but move along, nothing to see here.
