Wonder if this floats over to the private sector?   Our dei C Level person got fired about 15 months ago and the spot was never refilled.

From the lists I’ve seen, Meta is the most surprising.

Are these guys that ditched dei?   Cause some of those seem normal.  But meta I would expect to have it still given they are in a blue centric industry.

We need to switch to MEIICS.  Merit, Excellence, Innovation, Intelligence and Common Sense. I think we should go through all the colleges of higher learning and interview all employees to see if they meet these standards. Then we could go through the federal government with the same process.

Huffman had terminated Fagan from her position because of "leadership deficiencies, operational failures, and inability to advance the strategic objectives of the U.S. Coast Guard," a senior Department of Homeland Security official said.
 

One of the reasons, the official said while speaking on the condition of anonymity, was Fagan's "excessive" focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies.

I'm not familiar with Carswell.

McGovern said of him, "I find his record to be distinguished largely by two qualities: racism and mediocrity."
