There are 10 teams with 10 ranked wrestlers in at least one of the ranking services (6 have 10 in all 3).

 

But not all are alike. It is wild that Pitt has ten ranked wrestlers in Flo this week, but they will do well to scratch out 1 AA with their highest ranked wrestler at 11.

 

So who can make a run at Minnesota? Remember that based on seeds The Golden Gophers only had a 0.78% chance of finishing with 10 AAs.

We are down to 8 teams with 10 ranked wrestlers in at least one of Intermat, Flo, and WrestleStat. Of those only 6 are consensus.

As a bonus included the teams with 9, 8, or 7 ranked wrestlers in at least one service.

• The color is based on expected AAs. So while PSU has 10 ranked, they are only expected to have 8 AAs (bright green). And while Army has between 5 and 7 ranked wrestlers they are only expected to have between 0.2 and 0.4 AAs (dark red).
• The sort is based on number of ranked wrestlers. So while Rutgers is above Iowa with their 9 or 10 ranked wrestlers to Iowa's 7 to 9, Iowa's wrestlers are expected to produce many more AAs (6 to Rutgers 1, plus or minus).

very very cool post. Just looking at Minnies roster they are stellar up top but I only give Askey and Vombaur a legit shot to AA at the lower weights. Flynn and Wells could and I would not be shocked but I also would not bet on it. I would be very surprised if Andrew Sparks AA'd at 165 as well as drew roberts and whiting at 149 and 174.
