Sorted based on projections built from Intermat rankings.

Top 20 listed

  • What seems crazy to me is who is not listed. A year after they were the odds on favorite to finish second based on NCAA seeds, NC State is all the way down to 21 this week.

And relatedly the All-American projections:

  • I am assuming everyone will want the over on PSU 6.7. Not much I can do there until the freshmen get a few more bouts under their belt and they settle into their likely seed spot.

Drowning in data, but thirsting for knowledge

Minnesota is a better dual team as they don’t have anyone who will get bonuses regularly. Gable should get 1st with a lot of bonus. I sadly see a lot of low AA types. I see Flynn, Wells, Vombaur, Askey, McEnelly and Salazar as guys who unless multiple injuries won’t make the finals but all likely will place 5-R12. I hope Sparks can stay healthy and post a R12-R16 result along with Whiting who I project to do better as the season goes with the cut. If MN can get Gable to win and 6 other AA’s and contributions from Sparks, Whiting and Roberts we can take 2nd

Any team that can get 4 champs and 6 other AAs should be able to knock off Penn St given the Nagao situation.

The parameters were set above. This isn't the, 'Non Wrestling Topics' forum where you just change the details to fit your story...:classic_dry:
