Pay attention, dirtbag.

There's no blaming going on here. None at all.

Read it again. The 'Project 2025' thing is indeed a thing. And, if you read any of it (I hope you've at least tried to read some of it), you'll realize that changing what the Constitution has spelled out is part of their wrongheaded plan.

The only thing crazy going on here is the 'Project 2025' group (including the one Trump nominated to his cabinet in particular), think they can somehow exist and push forward with their published goals without anybody noticing.

Except for one thing - people who pay attention noticed.

Maybe you should start paying attention.

"Dirtbag"...once again showing your "maturity" I see.

Anyway Chicken Little...keep on with sky is falling schtick over irrelevant things.  I choose to try and find things to not stress over for no reason and to not make the boogeyman out of every little thing.

Care to wager that "project 2025" is meaningless words written on paper and has zero barring the next four years...you name the price.

"Dirtbag" - meh, if the shoe fits...

Maybe you should read 'Project 2025' before you comment on it as if you are even remotely informed. You believe it is meaningless words written on paper, even as one of the authors is being named to a cabinet position. You act as if nothing can go wrong in the bubble you live in. Even as South Korea has recently declared Martial law over differences between conservative and liberal power. Sending the military in to face off against liberal SK citizens. Sound familiar? It should.

Is it a "sky is falling schtick" to think that Russia might just, under the right circumstances, decide controlled tactical nuclear weapons should be used in the context of the Russian/Ukraine war. Or that Iran or NK might just, under similar circumstances, decide to do the same under the context of the current Israeli conflict (or in NK's case, as a pawn of Russia.) These things aren't any kind of schtick. They are very real concerns.

The only "sky is falling schtick" I've seen recently is the overhype of the US/Mexico border. In the world picture, that was just a bunch of BS being sold to uninformed voters (and they readily bought into it.)

Keep living in your little bubble, dirtbag.

https://www.politico.com/news/2024/11/10/democratic-party-crisis-mode-00188547

More Democrats fear the party’s image isn’t just damaged – it’s broken

Democrats are having a full-blown identity crisis.

Days after Kamala Harris’ defeat, the extent of their party’s failure is becoming increasingly clear. It’s bad enough that Democrats are still losing working-class whites, as they have in recent elections. Now, exit polls show blue-collar Latinos and some Black men, long a core part of the Democratic base, are abandoning the party, too, fueling electoral shellackings. Republicans flipped the Senate and are padding their majority. Democrats’ path to a majority in the House is narrowing. And Donald Trump won in what could only be described as a landslide in the modern era.

“The Democratic Party needs to be rebuilt,” said Pramila Jayapal, chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. “We have become a party of elites, whether we abandoned working-class people, whether they abandoned us, whether it’s some combination of all of the above.”

Even Jayapal "cannot"  determine if they abandoned working class or the working class abandoned them.  It is a chicken and egg question.   If the Ds had not abandoned the working class, the working class would not have abandoned them.   It is obvious their policies were not based in reality or based int he real concerns of the average voter.   They need to do some soul searching to stop this.   But will they  or will they hide their head in the sand and continue to not prosecute the bad guys, continue to ignore that shoplifting is now so rampant stores are closing, and to continue to ignore scientific reality by saying a girl is a boy and a boy is a girl.   I read somewhere that Ds cannot even identify malfeasance and mal actors anymore.   That is apparent.   They are not in reality.   They are in la la land .   The sooner they realize this and correct it, the sooner their fortunes will change.

It’s tough sledding for Democrats, as they try to wrap their heads around Donald Trump’s improbable-but-also-foreseeable sweep of all seven swing states and winning the popular vote.

This wasn’t supposed to happen, after all. Democrats genuinely believed — as they did in 2016 — that Trump’s many odious qualities would be enough to keep him far away from the White House again.

And if for some reason that wasn’t enough for most Americans, they had in Vice President Kamala Harris a woman of color who, apparently, by virtue of her identity alone, would help seal the deal among those voting demographics.

And if that wasn’t enough, there was always … Beyoncé.

But it didn’t go that way. Voters overlooked Trump’s crimes and insults. Plenty of women and voters of color didn’t vote for Harris just because she was a woman or a minority, and celebrities didn’t deliver a Dem to the White House. And so the blame games have begun.

But they had Beyonce and Springsteen.  And Clooney and others.

We're now entering a point where so many who work in politics are multiple generations from someone who hasn't gone to college. They only know other people who have gone to college, they marry people who went to college. This isn't so much about liberal brainwashing at college, I think if anything this is more about living in a theoretical world rather than the real world. They have lost the ability to talk to people who didn't go to college and don't run into them except as theoretical people who only have desires that make it into textbooks.

But now it's not like they have that many people to even pull from who can speak "non-college" natively. Not sure how you rebuild that.
