FLO Video of the 2008 Olympic Team?

Hoping for some help here.

I am looking for an old FloWrestling video, It's gotta be from 2008 or so because I remember Henry Cejudo and Doug Schwab in it, amongst others.

The Olympic Team was doing sprints up some STEEP hil lin Arizona or nearby South. I think it was called Cogs Hill or something along those lines. Anyway, hoping to see if this video is archived anywhere to show some youth wrestlers at the club I volunteer at.

I was always one of my favorite videos growing up, and that access FLO gave at the time was phenomenal. Hoping this is enough context for anyone else to remember and/or help out.

the oldest video in the archives is the program from 2012 that I could find. They have a 2014 film about that 2014 world team but no Cejudo.

Maybe The Incline near the OTC? There's kind of an Olympic training tradition where athletes challenge themselves to do the climb. I hear the place is littered with fitness influencers these days, though

I cant figure out how to embed the video but if you type cog sprints workout on flo it will pop up date July 27th 2008. There is also a good one on there from The year before training for 2007 worlds

Nice find. Doing sprints up a steep hill in Phoenix in July sounds brutal I also noticed thay MM's dad helped run the Olympic Team training camps in Phoenix and Colorado Springs that year. I guess that's not a big surprise since Askren was there.

I believe that they were running the cog which is the railway that leads up Pikes Peak. Not sure exactly where they were running but there are some hiking trails and such that lead up Pike Peak.

Yes Cog Hill. I remember thinking that was great access we had as fans to the team and how they train. Back in the good old days when FLO had Martin and helped advertise wrestling before the huge break of Social Media.
