And who pray tell, decides who is racist and who is not?   And when is this determination made?   Is it a nurse that decides, or a committee?   We were very close to this with covid for sure.   There were states that would not allow you to work if you didn't get the jab.   In the case of WA, we are still feeling those effects in the ferry system which has an issue with too few employees to keep the schedule and too few boats (16 of 26 are operational).   All this due to covid.   There are a lot of folks that depend on the ferry to get to work on either side of puget sound that are now greatly inconvenienced by late boats or cancelled routes. 

Snow plow workers were also eliminated because they wouldn't take the jab.   I think they fixed that up but the first winter around here, the passes were closed a lot more than usual due to the shortage of acceptable workers.
